Join Bank of America as a Financial Solutions Advisor StageI (FSAI). You will begin by completing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series7 and Series
66 exams, then be trained in advisory skills, client relationship building, and a comprehensive consulting approach. After licensing, you will provide end‑to‑end financial advice in a bank center and may later transition to a phone‑based role.
- Obtain and maintain SIE, Series7, and Series
66 licenses (or 63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66). - Develop and manage client relationships, identifying needs and recommending solutions.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs.
- Maintain compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the SAFE Act, including registration and background checks.
- Attend in‑office training and support activities to build a successful career.
- Strong discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Results‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with peers.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.
- Holder of FINRA SIE license.
- Minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Skills in client experience, branding, advisory, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, portfolio management, prospecting, and business acumen.
- Executive presence and oral communication skills.
- Risk management and trading knowledge.
Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays; 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
PayHourly rate: $28.85 – $33.65, based on experience, education, and skill set. This position is not incentive eligible.
