The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for loading, unloading, receiving and releasing all rental equipment and attachments, as well as new or used sales and service machines included in co-locations. The role also maintains the rental yard for easy access, directs delivery of new equipment and returns.

• Must have ability to operate heavy equipment safely
• Must be self-directed, organized, and able to interact with peers
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks with competing demands
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Must be able to work additional hours to meet business and customer needs
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must possess good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have good time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Previous experience operating construction equipment
• Previous experience operating forklifts

• Frequently sits for extended periods of time
• Uses hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
• Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
