Position: Assembler 3
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler 3 to join their team. As an Assembler 3, you will be part of the MOTR - Traction Business Unit supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

6 am - 2:30 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems under general supervision.

+ Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings accurately.

+ Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures to complete tasks efficiently.

+ Coordinate work with other groups to ensure meeting project commitments.

+ Adhere to quality procedures and policies to ensure high standards of work.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-5 years of related assembly experience.

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

+

Experience with assembly tools, including torque tools, in a factory setting.

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

+ Willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
