The 1st Shift IHM Floater’s responsibilities will include operating various tools and equipment to prep parts so products are ready for the next phase of completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Hand and power tools are used to deburr and prep parts.
- Ability to read and understand prints.
- Use of measuring devices such as calipers, protractors, and squares.
- Runs machines, including Drill press, PEM inserting machine, and belt sanders.
- Achieves production efficiency and quality standards.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Rotates workstations according to business and production needs.
- Adheres to work schedules.
- Ability to work Monday - Thursday and Mandatory Overtime when required.
- Follows company policies regarding attendance, overtime, cell phone use, breaks, and smoking.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Must be able to lift overhead.
- Must be able to work 6:00 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m., MONDAY- FRIDAY
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a warehouse environment with elevated noise, dust, and activity. This is a non-temperature-controlled warehouse where temperatures can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. There is frequent exposure to moving parts.
TRAVEL REQUIREDNo travel is required.
$17.50 - $20 biweekly
HOURS6:00 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m., MONDAY- FRIDAY
