- Eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 for external applicants with at least one year of RN experience (internal BSMH associates are not eligible).
- No call, no weekends.
Delivers patient care using the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifies and prioritizes patient problems, and evaluates the outcome of nursing care. Coordinates patient teaching activities and works with health team members to provide comprehensive care.
Essential Job FunctionsIn collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team, conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment, analyzes assessment data, creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates treatment effectiveness. Administers medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Bon Secours Mercy Health policies and procedures. Serves as the point of contact for patients’ care coordination across hospital departments and acts as a patient safety advocate through participation in quality improvement activities.

Valid nursing license from the state of practice (required). BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (preferred).
Education- Associate of Nursing, nursing (required)
- Diploma in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science, nursing (preferred)
