Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Primary Care Associates Mechanicsville as the practice continues to grow alongside one of the fastest-growing communities in the region. • Outpatient-only primary care
• Established patient panel with strong community reputation
• Flexible and supportive team culture
• Monday‑Friday schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Average patient volume: 18‑20 patients per day after ramp‑up
• Light call schedule: approximately 1 week every 5 weeks
• Telemedicine capabilities through Epic/My Chart
• Opportunity to help meet growing community demand for primary care access

• Collaborative team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers
• One-to-one clinical support with CMAs/LPNs
• On-site clinical, administrative, and phlebotomy support
• Mentorship available from experienced physician leaders
• Patient-centered culture focused on long-term community relationships

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia
• BLS certification required
• Interest in adult primary care/internal medicine
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
