Full-Time Nurse – LPN
Location:
Mechanicsville, VA 23116 Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
MTW Rotating 7:30a to 7:30p, then Thur Fri Sat (can work 6 hours on Sunday to make up the difference)
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN to provide care for a patient in the home health setting. This is a part-time position with scheduled shifts on Monday through Saturday.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Experience working in a home health or home care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled patient care following the plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Complete clinical notes in their entirety.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
