EVENING position 12pm-8pm

• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family &friends, and all team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Ability to work effectively as a team

• Developing relationships with residents andtheir families and supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinicalneeds of the residents
• Communicate needs to and assist resident’sdoctors with medical assessments
• Supervise and motivate Caregivers and Medtechs
• Ability to maintain accurate and legiblerecords such as nurses’ notes, incident reports, 24-hour reports and medicationrecords

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nurse Examiners
• Geriatric experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with electronic medical recordspreferred but not required
• Experience with dementia carepreferred but not required
