Registered Nurse, New to Practice

• Provide nursing care as part of Bon Secours’ patient-focused, faith-based healthcare organization
• Work in roles and locations determined by the talent acquisition team after application
• Support patients and communities in alignment with Bon Secours’ mission and values
• Work assigned nursing shifts, varying by location and role

• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license
• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program unable to take the NCLEX examination due to COVID-19 pandemic licensing exceptions
• RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program
• RN student enrolled in an accredited nursing program who has completed at least their first round of clinicals and is prepared to begin a nursing support role
• Nursing license requirements applicable to the candidate category and jurisdiction
• Ability to work all shifts or shifts varying by location/role
• Commitment to Bon Secours values of compassion, human dignity, integrity, service, and stewardship

Demonstrates nursing care skills aligned with Bon Secours’ mission and values, with a focus on patient support and community service. Holds a valid nursing license or is a recent graduate from an accredited nursing program prepared for clinical roles.
