- Hourly Rate: $14.74/hour

- Provide inpatient cardiology care alongside an Interventional Cardiologist for adult and geriatric patients.
- Manage new patient admissions, follow-up visits, and discharge planning.
- Conduct rounds, documentation, and coordinate care using EPIC EMR system.
- Work independently in a hospital-based setting, handling diverse cardiology cases.
- Cover call duties via beeper/phone with a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio, averaging approximately 2 hours of callback.
- Support inpatient management, including documentation and patient consultations.
Required:
- Virginia Medical License (or eligible for licensure)
- Board Certified in Nurse Practitioner (Cardiology preferred)
- ACLS, BLS, DEA certifications
- 2+ years inpatient cardiology experience or similar background
- Malpractice/compliance clear background
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations
- Ability to work independently alongside a cardiology team
