RN PCU jobs in Mechanicsville, VA let you deliver progressive care nursing to patients with complex medical needs at the facility. You will monitor patient status, administer medications, and document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. To qualify, you need a current Virginia RN license or compact license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

One year of acute care experience is required. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
