RN Charge Nurse | Lead Care in LTC;

Covenant Woods in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking an RN-Charge Nurse in a full-time daytime role (7am-3pm) to support residents in our expanded assisted living, memory care, and healthcare units. You will supervise CNAs, ensure resident rights, and respond to emergencies while delivering compassionate nursing care.

Two years of progressive nursing experience, an active RN license, and CPR/BLS certification are required. Experience in long-term care and supervisory roles is preferred.
