Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff on their shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Full Time

Shift: Monday – Friday 12:00 am – 8:00 am
Prior Supervisor Experience Required

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally and effectively, use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws – may be required prior to employment
• Driving position: valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record (no major violations in last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), minimum insurance level required by company policy, and ability to safely operate the required vehicle
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test; may be required to pass Driver’s Record check
• Intermediate computer skills to use innovative, wireless technology at client‑specific sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
