Guard​/Pool Monitor

Job Description
Life Guard/Pool Monitor: this candidate must possess the ability to positively interact with the general public in a positive and professional manner while maintaning a high standard of customer service. This person must adhere to industry guidelines and exercises sound judgement with safety as the first priority. They will maintain constant surveillance of members in the facility and be able to enforce all club wet area rules as well as act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of members in the event of an emergency.

They will be responsible for providing emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. They must also be able to work independently and/or with th team with energy and enthusiam. This position also entails maintaning a clean wet area and pools by performing house cleaning duties on a large scale.
