THIS IS A CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH A GROWING COMPANY!! TEAM EXPANSION!! FULL TIME - Volunteer Saturdays. Overtime is available based on opportunity & performance. STARTING PAY: ($18-$21/hr) PLUS TIPS/BONUS/COMMISSION/INCENTIVE BONUS! Candidate pay depends on experience & is subject to a 3 Month evaluation period.

- Must have at least 1 year working experience in Moving, Delivery, Landscape, Construction, or Junk Removal - LOTS OF ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!

• MUST POSSESS A VALID VIRGINIA CLASS D DRIVER's LICENSE WITH GOOD DRIVING HISTORY
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST, BACKGROUND CHECK!!!
• Must have daily reliable transportation and a solid understanding of basic mathematics.
• Must have experience working for a service-based company, or at least 1 year of Moving, Delivery, Landscape, Construction, Junk Removal or Management
• At least 25 years of age (Driver Position) & 18 years of age (Tech Position)
• Ability to follow instructions & make Critical Decisions on Your Own.
  * Can handle strong odors, insects, & lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
• Clean Driving Record

Good Driver, Problem Solving, Dispute Resolution, Basic Navigational Awareness, Lift and load 50-100 pounds - (requires physical stamina), Cold Calling, Mobile Application Savvy, Equipment Maintenance, Communication Proficiency, Time Management

Remove, Haul, and Dispose / Recycle unwanted material from Single Family Residences, Businesses, Apartment Communities. Removing furniture, Construction Debris, Lawn / Landscape Debris, Clothing, Boxes, Trash, etc. Loading, Lifting consolidating debris into our dump trucks. Smartphone Data Entry including Before, After job photos. Operation of company Dump Truck (No Special License Required). Proper Disposal of collected material utilizing a network of disposal facilities.

Marketing Activities including but not limited to "cold stops" and passing out company flyers / brochures to potential customers. Provide Courteous and Effective Service to all Clients by handling all communications in an efficient and professional manner. Follow ALL Procedures to provide appropriate solutions to known issues. Maintain Company truck by monitoring fluid levels and service records. BENEFITS INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Monday - Friday (5 days a week starting at 7AM). Weekend Work - Only required for makeup days (Holidays, Weather, or Events).
