Job Description Company Overview:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will help uphold Capstone Logistics’ dedication to a well-maintained, accurate, and efficient warehouse environment that supports timely product handling and reliable order completion.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will assist with the daily functions of the warehouse by organizing inventory, maintaining documentation, and supporting the movement and preparation of goods. Your work will contribute to accurate stock control and smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities include:

* Receive, assess, and validate incoming shipments to ensure precision and compliance with quality expectations.
* Track stock levels and update inventory information in warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Arrange and store merchandise securely to maintain effective warehouse operations.
* Help with selecting and packaging orders to ensure correct quantities and proper packing.
* Prepare, label, and organize outgoing shipments according to client requirements and planned schedules.
* Perform regular inventory checks to identify variances and resolve issues quickly.
* Maintain adherence to established safety and cleanliness procedures within the facility.
* Work closely with warehouse teams to improve workflow efficiency and address operational needs.

Required

Skills and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform physical warehouse tasks.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
* Strong organizational and communication abilities.
* Basic math skills for accurate stock counting and documentation.###

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with automated warehouse technologies.
* Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.
* Knowledge of tracking systems such as RFID or barcode tools.
