Warehouse Associate – Va

The Warehouse Associate is responsible to ensure that all orders are received and shipped in good condition. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle the movement, storage, and organization of goods within the facility. You will work closely with a team of warehouse personnel and report directly to our Warehouse Manager.

Mechanicsville – Virginia

Monday to Friday

40 hours per week

Hourly Rate – $16 – $18 (Depending on Experience)

• Picking, packing and shipping orders
• Receiving stock, inspecting parts, labeling, and stocking parts
• Prepare and stage orders for outgoing shipments, ensuring that items are properly packed, labeled, and documented
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to more and store products safely
• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and updating the inventory management system
• Organize and arrange products within the warehouse to maximize space utilization and ensure efficient accessibility
• Assist in conducting regular physical inventories and participate in periodic audits
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, and report any hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain an clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, dusting, and removing debris
• Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for warehouse operations

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory management
• Ability to life heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Technology savvy
