Sales Assistant Manager - Chemical Product (Medan Placement)
Willingness to work under sales target with high mobility.
Experience and understand about cooling water treatment and boiler water chemistry especially low-medium pressure.
Building and maintaining solid customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service solutions.
Fostering a customer-centric culture within the service team, emphasizing empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.
Collaborate with other departments and partners to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase service efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales and service improvement, recommending and implementing process enhancements, tools or technologies.
Prepare and present regular reports to management on service performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven record of achieving KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
Multilingual skills to communicate with a diverse customer base.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Willingness to travel
