Position: AVP Sales (Palm Oil  )

The AVP Sales (Experience) will lead and integrate the company's Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, and Customer functions into one cohesive customer-centric strategy. This role focuses on driving B2B customer growth, engagement, and long-term value through data-driven decisions and strong cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer & Growth Strategy
    • Lead end-to-end B2B customer experience: acquisition, engagement, relationship management, retention, and growth
    • Develop growth initiatives through partnerships, ecosystem building, and market/customer intelligence
    • Drive customer engagement programs, events, and marketing campaigns
    • Define and execute customer experience and brand strategy aligned with business goals
    • Develop roadmap, budget, and KPIs to optimize ROI across customer and growth initiatives
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams delivering experience and growth programs
  • Execution & Performance
    • Own execution KPIs including financial and people-related metrics
    • Apply data-driven decision making using analytics, BI, and performance dashboards
    • Collaborate closely with senior leaders (CEO, Product, Engineering, etc.) to deliver business outcomes
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, marketing, sales, or business development
    • At least 5 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams
    • Experience in business transformation, new channels, or new business models
    • Background in FMCG especially in the palm oil industry is highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of customer behavior and engagement
    • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and growth strategies
    • Strong business and commercial acumen
    • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to communicate in Hokkien is required (to engage with key stakeholders and customers)
    • Passion for building impactful solutions and contributing to Indonesia’s growth
