Posisi ini juga melibatkan pemantauan progres aplikasi, memberi informasi keputusan kredit kepada dealer serta pelanggan, dan menyampaikan informasi tanggal jatuh tempo serta lokasi pembayaran yang perlu diketahui konsumen.
