- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Perhotelan / Komunikasi / Management)
- Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun diposisi yang sama di industri perhotelan
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan presentasi yang unggul
- Memiliki database / jaringan klien yang luas di wilayah Medan
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer teru tama Ms. Word dan Ms. Excel
- Berpenampilan menarik, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
