Regional Sales Manager

Requirements;

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Masters degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience of minimum 7 years in sales management within the agricultural industry.
• Solid exposure experience in the senior management roles of MNC and/or Local Companies.
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural products, market trends, and customer behaviours.
• Fluent to speak and write in English.
• Agriculture Industry Knowledge, Brand Management, Territory Analysis, Crop vs Product Matrix, Competition Updates, Marketing Excellence, Business/Commercial Acumen
• Strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to energize teams and drive them to achieve the set objectives.
• Result focused
  - Ability and drive for achieving and surpassing targets against an internal or external standards of excellence.
• Ability to foresee future challenges as well as business opportunities and taking the precautionary/progressive steps towards it.
