Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the RM Funding team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Acquire new potential lenders through team-driven strategies and personal networks.
- Supervise and support the team in assisting lender-related inquiries and needs (account creation, management, and optimization).
- Monitor, analyze, and drive team performance to meet revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Provide regular reports, feedback, and training to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying, recommending, and assisting in the selection of new RM Funding team members.
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Peer-to-Peer industry or Banking industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, selling, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
