B2B Events Associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably from F&B or events sectors
• A Proven Closer with successful a sales track record in B2B sales, events, or hospitality. You don't just "talk" to leads; you convert them.
• A Relationship Architect skilled at navigating corporate hierarchies and building relationship with clients and long-term partnerships.
• Detail-Obsessed and understand that a contract is only as good as its execution. You’re a collaborator with ability to influence and secured operations team support.
• Strong event project organization ability; methodical, and never miss a deadline.
• Solution-Oriented:
  When operational hurdles arise, you don't panic—you find a way to deliver on the contractual promise.

• Proactively source, follow up on incoming sales enquiries, secure, and close new event opportunities. You’ll be the face of Kopi Kenangan in the B2B world for the assigned region, Sumatra.
• Act as a consultant for clients, advising them on the event solutions for their specific needs while maximizing commercial value.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms, ensuring win-win outcomes and finalizing contracts with precision.
• Responsible for project leadership whereby once the deal is signed, the real work begins. You’ll treat every event like a high-stakes project, coordinating with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution.
• Financial Accountability to ensure timely billing and follow through on accounts receivables (AR) to keep the engine running smoothly.
