Sales, Business Development, Sales Representative

As a Key Account Representative at PT Asia Prima Konjac, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the Modern Market channel, including minimarkets, and supermarkets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with buyers, executing commercial strategies, and ensuring optimal product availability and sales performance.

Managing and developing partnerships with key accounts in Modern Market channels.

As a PIC for communication and negotiation with Modern Trade buyers.

Negotiating listing agreements, pricing, margins, contracts, and promotional programs.

Ensuring optimal product availability, distribution, and replenishment across all outlets.

Analyzing sales data (sell-in & sell-out), stock levels, and forecasting to support business decisions.

• Minimum education:
  
  Senior High School (SMA) until Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major;
  Management or Marketing is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Key Account or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of Modern Market systems and characteristics (buyer handling, listing, promotions, contracts).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Able to work with targets and tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
