Job Description
- Develop & implement a sales plan to achieve the targets for the assigned area.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action where needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the distributor sales team and the PSI team
- Set KPIs for the sales team and conduct regular reviews.
- Ensure the sales FJP effectiveness of each sales route.
- Manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, and key customers.
- Monitor distributor stock, orders, and inventory.
- Ensure efficient distribution coverage and in-store visibility via merchandising, POSM.
- Prepare sales report, forecast, and performance updates.
- Manage compliance with company policy, consumer, and trade programs.
- Conduct joint visit / on-the-job training to the sales team, market audits, availability check, and competitor comparisons.
- Assist in resolving market issues and proposing solutions/improvements to the sales team.
- Coordinate the implementation of various business activities, such as product launches, customer conferences,…
- Ad-hoc Duties:
Complete other tasks assigned by superior management.
- Graduated from the University.
- More than 03 years of relevant experience leading a sales area in a similar position within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company with a proven track record.
- In-depth understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
- Experience in territory management.
- Familiar with sales tech tools (SFA or similar).
- Planning & training skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to drive team productivity.
- Strong leadership.
- Energetic, ambitious, and committed.
- Open mind, customer focus.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
