Practice Manager - Medfield

Job Summary

As Veterinary Practice Manager, you will partner with the chief of staff to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Banfield hospital, allowing the medical team to focus on delivering high‑quality veterinary care. You will use your practice management skills to drive business results, develop associates, and foster a positive team environment.

• Lead and supervise all hospital staff, including hiring, onboarding, and associate development.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines, preventive care, pet health needs, and hospital services.
• Plan and budget for hospital operations.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off, and manage continuing education requirements.
• Oversee daily operations and support staff throughout the hospital.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of three years of related experience, including direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development).

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Conflict management experience.
• Leadership and analytical know‑how.
