Job Overview
Bank of America is seeking a client engagement associate to educate and assist clients in the lobby with self‑service banking transactions. The role involves processing cash transactions efficiently, having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities, and connecting them to suitable solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Collaborate effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.

- Confident in educating clients on simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manage time and capacity.
- Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Pay & BenefitsShift: 1st shift (United States of America) – Hours per week: 40 – Pay range $25.00–$27.88 hourly; compensation includes a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits: industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, resources and support.
