CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Medfield, MA. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers who are available for longer shifts and are committed to providing quality care in the comfort of clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines
• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Able to commit to longer shifts, including 12-hour shifts
