Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN Float - MC
Medfield, MA
Job Description- Utilize advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
- Assess patient needs and administer treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patients.
- Support improved patient outcomes through critical thinking and clinical knowledge.
- Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings is required.
- Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a preference for Epic experience.
- Full-time position, including every other weekend.
- Shift may be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours.
- Requires onsite work and may involve floating to other locations.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
