Fire Equipment Inc. (FEI) seeks an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations onsite in Medford, MA.
The role covers both AP and AR, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payment application in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AP/AR, experience with lockbox processing, ACH transactions, and cash applications, plus strong reconciliation skills and Excel proficiency.
