Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the staffing schedules for our Nurses and CNAS. This position requires previous experience in a skilled nursing environment and a strong understanding of scheduling principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts.
• Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage employee time-off requests and schedule adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding scheduling changes and updates.
• Monitor and track attendance, lateness, and overtime.
• Address scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Collaborate with HR to onboard new staff and maintain up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in a skilled nursing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling.
