Senior Account ManagerAs a Senior Account Manager at FRT, you will work to ensure seamless execution of FRT’s services, coordinating the needs and wants of the client with our service and operations teams.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary client service provider for your assigned clients
- Build a portfolio of clients and maintain strong relationships
- Apply proven client service techniques, coordinate service across multiple accounts, develop task schedules, track client requests, and manage the progress of each request through to completion
- Document and communicate client priorities and pain points to internal teams
- Maintain records of client, prospect and partner visits, appointments, contacts and activities in FRT’s CRM
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Become a trusted advisor: build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners based on client requirements and commitment to value
- Use internal knowledge to advise clients on upcoming participation opportunities, key industry topics, and best practices
- Partner with sales, marketing and sales partners to demonstrate FRT’s value proposition to existing clients
- Listen to the needs of prospects and existing clients
- Identify and analyze clients’ business and issues to match appropriate solutions/technology and present it to the client
- Five years of experience in key account management in the financial services industry
- Effective in driving successful business outcomes with clients and prospects
- A highly skilled client manager, influencer, negotiator, and organizer
- Self-directed and detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited administrative support
- Highly collaborative, prioritizing collaboration over credit, and interested in building strong relationships with peers across corporate functions
- A naturally confident networker and relationship builder, able to lead inspirational presentations in an adaptive style
- Experienced in identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenues from existing clients
- Intellectually curious, passionate about learning, and committed to continuous growth

Compensation: base salary is experience dependent and can range from $87,000 – $120,000 a year (based in MA). FRT also offers an annual bonus.
The position is open to candidates in MA or NY area. Local candidates only.
