Position Overview
The Specialist, Document Compliance is the key link between the Driveway Care Center and the Driveway customer for all paperwork processing. This senior customer service and administrative role focuses on creating a timely and seamless experience for our customers, ensuring complete supporting documentation and preparing all deal‑related paperwork. The specialist is the primary point of contact for customers regarding deal paperwork and processes, coordinates vehicle availability with selling dealerships, and hands off fully executed deals to the respective Dealership Accounting team.

Medford, OR (On-site).
Schedule:
7:00am–4:00pm, 40hours per week, including a rotational Saturday shift. Compensation range: $16.82–$31.25/hr, with final pay determined during the interview process.
- Communicate paperwork and processes to customers, answering any follow‑up questions.
- Create and complete all deal‑related paperwork in DMS, bank approval systems, and protection product systems (when applicable).
- Use digital tools to transact paperwork with customers, resorting to wet ink when necessary.
- Process all paperwork to meet the needs of the Business Office (including proof of delivery), state‑specific DMV, and lender requirements.
- Scan and send all deal documentation to the Deal Posting team in the Regional Business Office or the Dealership Accountant in a stand‑alone business office.
- Track deal receivables with Business Offices and follow up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all monies and compliance with bank stipulations for contract funding.

- Basic math proficiency

High school graduate or equivalent and 18 years of age or older.
