Job Description
- Assist in overseeing daily on-site construction operations to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with the project team to maintain quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and material delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with all local building codes.
- Support the Superintendent in scheduling and managing construction activities effectively.
- Ensure clear communication between all project stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and clients.
- Provide solutions to on-site challenges and ensure smooth execution of the construction plan.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- Hands-on experience in construction management within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety guidelines, and building codes.
