WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Manage all subcontractor activities

* Perform as the Project Safety Monitor. Ensure that all health and safety project plans are implemented

* Fully understand the scheduling process and related software; able to actively status the field progress and update schedule

* With Superintendent, lead and supervise the workers and monitor work performance

* Perform basic take-offs and has estimating skills for change order work

* Work collaboratively with management by keeping them informed of progress, summarizing information and trends

* Track/record construction documents, punch lists and changes

* Attend and document Safety, Subcontractor and Owner meetings

* Provide input and assistance with pre-job planning, strategizing and conceptual scheduling

* Mentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BOND's values

WHAT YOU BRING

* BS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in the Construction Industry

* Requires exceptional supervisory, interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships

* Builder's license and appropriate education and certifications (OSHA, First Aid, CPR, etc.)

* Possesses knowledge of Owner Contracts, drawings, subcontractor agreements, scope and risk management mitigation

* Exhibits a thorough understanding of construction knowledge, including but not limited to site work, concrete, masonry, mechanical and electrical

* Demonstrated experience with scheduling process and use of a project plan

* Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment

* Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables

* Must have a robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)

* The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
