Eagle Point School District is seeking a passionate and student-centered Kindergarten Teacher to join our elementary team for the school year. About the Role
Working collaboratively with colleagues, specialists, administrators, and families, the Kindergarten Teacher develops meaningful learning experiences aligned with Oregon Academic Standards, monitors student progress through ongoing assessment, and differentiates instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners. The teacher is responsible for establishing a positive classroom culture, maintaining high expectations for student success, promoting safe and respectful learning environments, and supporting the mission and goals of Eagle Point School District.
The position also includes participation in professional learning, school improvement efforts, and other responsibilities that contribute to the success of the school community. Applicants who are bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply.
Who We're Looking For
Applicants must hold or be eligible for an Oregon Teaching License with appropriate endorsement(s). Candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management skills, the ability to build positive relationships with students, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for physical education, creativity in lesson design, and a collaborative mindset when working with colleagues and families to support student success.

Table Rock Elementary is a K-5 elementary school located in White City. The school serves students in a supportive environment where staff focus on building strong relationships, supporting student growth, diversity and creating opportunities for every student to thrive academically and physically.

Contract Days: 193/194 days per year / 8 hours per day
Salary Range: $46,548 - $90,846 per year plus a Master's Stipend of $2,327. Salary placement will be dependent upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits. Salary listed indicates current Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position will begin August 27, 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
