Special Education Project Transition Program Teacher
Teach and case manage a small classroom of students requiring direct, appropriate individualized and small group instruction, based on IEP goals and objectives, within a highly supported setting. The teacher participates in the supervision of paraprofessional staff, and service providers in a team oriented educational setting. There is a strong focus on transition and preparing students for post‑secondary success for students 18‑22 years old both in and out of the school setting.
Degree Preferred:
Masters
Experience Preferred: 3 years
Additional Requirements- Massachusetts Severe Disabilities license preferred
Salary is in accordance of the Medford Teachers Association union contract
