Compensation: $70,000–$150,000+ per year (wage is comprised of base salary and % of department profit to be determined as part of pay plan)

The Service Advisor is one of the most important positions in our dealership. You are the trusted advisor. The communicator. The problem solver. What you'll do
- Welcome every guest with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and understand their needs
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document service requests
- Recommend maintenance and repair services with honesty and transparency
- Schedule maintenance, repairs, and recall appointments
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
- Keep guests informed throughout the repair process with proactive updates
- Review completed repairs to ensure every concern has been addressed
- Deliver vehicles with confidence while explaining completed work and future maintenance recommendations
- Build long-term relationships that create loyal guests and lifelong advocates

Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Candidates with experience in hospitality, luxury retail, banking, customer success, or consultative sales are also encouraged to apply if they have a passion for delivering world-class service.
Compensation $70,000–$150,000+ annually
Performance-based compensation rewards those who consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences while helping our service department continue its exceptional growth. Final compensation will depend upon experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
