This role serves as the central coordinator for Epic support operations, workflow governance, and user acceptance testing (UAT), while also acting as a trusted clinical liaison between providers and technical teams.

The Epic Support Analyst Supervisor brings a strong understanding of clinical practice and care delivery, ensuring the electronic health record (EHR) accurately reflects real-world clinical workflows, supports high-quality patient care, and meets regulatory and billing requirements. This position plays a critical role in translating clinical needs into effective Epic design, configuration, and support.
