Talent Acquisition Specialist
Full-Time | In-Office (Monday–Friday)
Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring managers and HR to recruit, engage, and retain top talent across the organization. This role manages full-cycle recruitment while serving as a brand ambassador, supporting RHD’s commitment to becoming an Employer of Choice.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong teams that deliver high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing techniques
- Manage job postings, recruitment materials, and ATS workflows
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Support career fairs, college partnerships, networking events, and social media recruiting initiatives
- Ensure a positive, responsive, and hands‑on candidate experience
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics and hiring trends
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and program leadership to support workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with background check requirements and hiring guidelines
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Associate degree in Human Resources or related field (relevant experience may substitute)
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and candidate selection methods
- Experience managing background check platforms and compliance requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Creative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset
- Experience recruiting within non-profit, healthcare, or human services environments
- High‑volume recruiting experience
- Experience supporting compliance‑driven hiring environments
