About the RoleWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily flow of our industrial parts and manufacturing inventory. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that everything from raw materials to finished industrial components is received, tracked, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities- Shipping & Receiving: Process all incoming deliveries of parts and outgoing shipments of heavy-duty B2B industrial parts. Ensure all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Freight & Carrier Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all shipping companies. Schedule daily pickups, coordinate LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight for larger industrial orders, and generate accurate bills of lading and shipping labels.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and comprehensive inventory reviews. Monitor stock levels for manufacturing supplies and finished goods, immediately flagging shortages or discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Verify that received components perfectly match purchase orders before integrating them into our stock.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and logically organized warehouse space to optimize the picking and packing process for industrial distribution.
- System Tracking: Log all inbound and outbound movements in the company’s inventory management system to maintain real-time accuracy for the sales and manufacturing teams.
- Customer & Team Support.Help track shipments, assist customer service and sales with order status inquiries.
Review orders for delay deliveries.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management, ideally within a manufacturing, B2B, or industrial parts environment.
- Logistics Knowledge: Proven experience coordinating with major carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL) and handling heavy freight/LTL logistics.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, push, or pull heavy packages and industrial components (up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when checking part numbers, verifying quantities, and entering data into inventory systems.
