Job Summary

Premium Q Moving and Storage, LLC located in Medford, MA seeks twenty (20) full‑time temporary Movers who will be responsible for packing, unpacking, disassembling, reassembling, loading, and unloading boxes, storage containers, furniture, equipment, and other belongings on and off trucks and in and out of residential homes, businesses, buildings, and warehouses without causing damage to real or personal property. The position starts April 1, 2026 and ends November 30, 2026.

• Pack, unpack, disassemble, reassemble, load, and unload belongings on and off trucks and at customer sites.
• Move and handle items in and out of residential homes, businesses, buildings, and warehouses.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager at Premium Q Moving and Storage, LLC.
• Travel to customer locations throughout North and Eastern Massachusetts, with an average travel time of 30 to 60 minutes per day.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and follow safety and company procedures.

• Three (3) months of experience in a professional setting involving moving or physical labor.
• Ability to travel to customer sites across North and Eastern Massachusetts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Wage: $22.50 – $27.00 per hour, paid bi‑weekly.
• Overtime: $33.75 – $40.50 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  35 hours per week. Work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Example shifts: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
• Housing is not offered. All statutory deductions will be made from the paycheck.

• Transportation between sites is provided. Daily transportation to and from the worksite is not provided.
• Daily subsistence will be provided at $16.28 per day up to a maximum of $68.00 with receipts.
• Employees who complete 50% of the work contract will be reimbursed for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
• Upon completion or dismissal, the employer will reimburse reasonable return transportation and subsistence costs.
• H‑2B workers will receive reimbursement for visa and related fees in the first workweek.
