- Construction Management arm:

- Work primarily on High Profile projects
- Manage and oversee construction projects up to $250M, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
- Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and plans to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 12-20+ years of experience
- Experience with projects $25M+
- Experience with Procore & Bluebeam
- A strong background in construction project management, particularly with large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client and team relationships.
- Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000 USD.
