As a Regional Director
, you will:
- Lead and support Program Directors throughout the region
- Drive organizational strategy and operational initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and values-based leadership
- Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Support change management initiatives and champion employee engagement
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight for regional programs
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and program performance
- Strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Support census growth and service expansion opportunities
- Promote organizational culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and aligned with best practices
- Partner with Clinical and Quality teams to improve outcomes
- Oversee implementation of corrective action plans and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, accreditation, and organizational requirements
- Monitor program compliance through audits and performance reviews
- Collaborate with program and finance teams to manage budgets and achieve financial goals
- Monitor revenue cycle performance and key operational metrics
- Ensure adherence to fiscal policies and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and government agencies
- Support new program development, business expansion, licensing activities, and RFP responses
- Represent the organization with funders, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders
- Advocate for the individuals and communities we serve

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or similar populations
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience managing programs or teams within human services
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the region
