What You'll Do

As a Regional Director
, you will:

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and support Program Directors throughout the region
  • Drive organizational strategy and operational initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and values-based leadership
  • Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and leadership development
  • Support change management initiatives and champion employee engagement
Regional Operations Oversight
  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight for regional programs
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and program performance
  • Strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners
  • Support census growth and service expansion opportunities
  • Promote organizational culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and aligned with best practices
  • Partner with Clinical and Quality teams to improve outcomes
  • Oversee implementation of corrective action plans and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, accreditation, and organizational requirements
  • Monitor program compliance through audits and performance reviews
Financial & Business Management
  • Collaborate with program and finance teams to manage budgets and achieve financial goals
  • Monitor revenue cycle performance and key operational metrics
  • Ensure adherence to fiscal policies and reporting requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and government agencies
  • Support new program development, business expansion, licensing activities, and RFP responses
External Partnerships & Advocacy
  • Represent the organization with funders, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders
  • Advocate for the individuals and communities we serve
  • Develop strategic partnerships that support growth and service excellence

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or similar populations
  • Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience managing programs or teams within human services
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the region
