Our Bakery schedule is expanding, and we are hiring Machine Operators in our Medford manufacturing facility. These positions will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families. We seek ambitions, skilled and team oriented candidates who have equipment (or machine) operator expereince and/or an aptitude for fast pace, detailed oriented work. Machine Operator Pay:

  • Starting hourly pay of $26.25/hr
    • $3.00/hr shift differential for the PM shift

Machine Operator

Hours:

  • 2-2-3 Schedule
    • Days: 6A to 6P
    • Nights: 6P to 6A

A "2-2-3 schedule" refers to a common work pattern where employees work two days, has two days off, then work three days, repeating in a 28-day cycle to provide 24/7 coverage, with 12-hour shifts, balancing work and frequent long weekends.

  • Industrial bakery environment with heat (50–80°F), flour dust, gas vapors, compressed air, rotating equipment, and loud machinery. Fast-paced bakery environment with conveyors, oilers, dough systems, slippery floors, and low-clearance equipment.

What You ll Accomplish as a Machine Operator:

  • Ability to work in one or more of the positions listed at the end of this description (see below).
  • Monitor product quality and adjust equipment accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot jam conditions, system faults, and equipment failures.
  • Maintain sanitation through cleaning
  • Complete all documentation, audits, and paperwork accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with Bakery, Assembly, and Supervisory teams.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting ability.
  • Strict adherence to safety, LOTO, and GMP protocols.
  • If hired, you will be required to train on one of our three 8-hour shifts:
    • 1st (6a-2p)
    • 2nd (2p-10p)
    • 3rd (10p-6a)
  • This allows us to match our new onboarding classes with our available trainers across all shifts to ensure we are building the right capabilities needed to support production. Anticipated start date of the 2-2-3 (12 hr) schedule will begin the week of April 6th, 2026.

Stations of Machine Operator:

The Conveyor Specialist: Ensures the continuous, safe, and efficient flow of pans, dough, and crusts throughout the bakery s automated conveyor and press systems. This includes operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments of presses, ovens, de-panners, spirals, oilers, proofers, and conveyor equipment. The role is responsible for maintaining product quality, minimizing downtime, ensuring proper documentation, and following all safety, LOTO, and GMP requirements.

The Dough Mixer Operator: Responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality dough to production lines. The role includes maintaining dough ball weights, verifying ingredient numbers, documenting production data, supporting crust-to-line flow when applicable, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

The Extruder Depositor Specialist: Responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting the Extruder Depositor system to ensure accurate dough depositing, consistent pan flow, and high-quality product output.…
