The Outreach Team is seeking a Voter Contact Field Director to lead campaigns in Oregon. The role focuses on electing Democrats by organizing door-to-door canvassing and promoting reproductive freedom with a diverse, equity-driven team.
You will recruit, train, and manage 15–20 hourly staff, canvass alongside them, set performance goals, monitor data and payroll, and report campaign progress through the midterm cycle. Local candidate preference applies.
