The program focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, implementing healthy eating and exercise routines, eliminating harmful behaviors, and developing motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing team.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $ depending on experience and education.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train adequate and competent department staff.
- Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the facility’s medication management.
- Meet with all clients as needed to ensure best practice care, treatment, and services are provided.
- Communicate with pertinent outside treatment professionals consistently with MNA processes.
- Ensure admission and discharge processes maintain continuity of care with respect to nursing and medical issues.
- Maintain the nursing schedule as per facility and organization needs, including vacation requests, sick leave, new hires, and additional staffing requirements.
- Facilitate performance evaluations for all direct reports and implement merit increases approved by the Clinical Director.
- Produce and maintain communication providing detailed and useful information on all current clients.
- Ensure quality nursing notes are entered for each patient every shift.
- Organize and facilitate laboratory work per provider orders.
- Ensure an admission nursing assessment and care plan for each client are complete per program policy.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
- Provide ongoing training as needed to existing nursing personnel.
- Ensure effective communication between nursing staff and collaborating disciplines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the provider’s order for admission is present upon the client’s admission to the program.
- Organize and document required monthly nursing meetings and other necessary meetings as warranted.
- Manage the maintenance of all nursing‑related spaces and equipment.
- Ensure proper nursing documentation is entered for each client, including daily shift notes, weekly updates, treatment plans, contact notes, and discharge summaries.
- Review and document employee performance 90 days after hire, annually, and as needed per company policy.
- Manage performance improvement/disciplinary action as warranted according to policy and document performance management as required.
- Attend nursing leadership calls/meetings monthly or as needed.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure ongoing medical, psychiatric, nursing, and medication management documentation is maintained.
- Oversee the facility’s infection control/prevention program.
- Ensure an on‑call nursing staff designation.
- Receive facility‑related calls and cover uncovered shifts when all other options are unavailable.
- Assist with insurance issues as designated by the Vice President of Nursing Operations or designee.
