About This Role
The Triage RN in Family Medicine at Mass General Brigham will support the Internal Medicine office in Medford, focusing on patient-centered care through phone triage and some patient-facing duties. This role is ideal for an adaptable RN who enjoys variety and collaboration in a healthcare setting.

Internal Medicine - Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- Triage clinical questions via phone calls.
- Provide clinical advice and education to patients based on assessment findings and established protocols.
- Provide appropriate care coordination for patients such as scheduling appointments, follow-up care, and referrals to specialists.
- Follow up on emergency room visits.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer injections, medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and advanced practitioners.
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience:
- Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required, Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current RN License in Massachusetts required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
