Regal Care at Glen Ridge –

Full‑time and part‑time RN/LPN positions available from 11‑7. Sign‑on bonuses: $5,000 for full‑time (≥30 hrs/week) and $2,500 for part‑time (≥24 hrs/week).

We are seeking compassionate RN/LPN Charge Nurses to provide personalized care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and ensure their comfort and well‑being. Both experienced nurses and new graduates are welcome.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulating, and providing nourishment throughout shifts
• Help residents with personal hygiene tasks
• Monitor residents’ health and report any issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident living areas
• Transport residents within the facility as needed
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff members as required
• Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data

• Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing
• Experience is not required; new RN/LPN grads are welcome to apply
• Commitment to providing high‑quality care to residents
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
